5.The expenses of administering the fund
shall be paid from money in the fund. The division shall designate five
percent (5%) of the appropriations made each year to the statewide
nonprofit domestic violence coalition as designated by the United
States Department of Health and Human Services under 42 U.S.C. 43
et seq. for administration.
