Text
(a)If the division determines that an award
from the fund becomes final during a month, the division shall compute
the award before the fifteenth day of the following month.
(b)Except as provided in section 44 of this chapter, an award must
be paid not more than thirty (30) days after the date on which the award
is computed.
(c)Awards must be paid in the order in which the awards become
final.
