Text
The division shall do the following:
(1)Maintain an office and staff in Indianapolis.
(2)Prescribe forms for processing applications for assistance.
(3)Determine claims for assistance filed under this chapter and
investigate or reopen cases as necessary.
(4)Prepare and post on the division's website a report of the
division's activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
