Text

As used in this chapter, "claimant" means any of the following individuals filing an application for assistance under this chapter:

(1)A victim.
(2)A surviving spouse of a victim.
(3)A legal dependent of a victim.
(4)A family member of a victim.
(5)A personal representative of a victim.
