1.
(a)As used in this section, "division" refers
to the victim services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute
established under section 8 of this chapter as:
(1)amended by P.L.2-1995; and
(2)in effect through June 30, 2024.
(b)The division continues to exist to:
(1)exercise any power; and
(2)carry out any duty;
granted to or imposed upon the division by statute or a rule adopted
under IC 4-22-2.
