Text

(a)The trustees shall designate subcommittees for each of the following purpose areas:
(1)Drug and crime control.
(2)Youth.
(3)Exoneration fund.
(4)Victim services.
(5)Research.
(b)The chairman of the trustees shall assign each of the trustees to participate in the administration of at least one (1) of the subcommittees. The chairman shall annually appoint five (5) vice chairmen, each of whom shall preside over a subcommittee.
(c)Each subcommittee shall primarily concern itself with:
(1)the operation of the criminal justice system, the juvenile justice system, or criminal justice system related research; or
(2)the provision of victim services.
