§ 5-2-6-4 — Board of trustees; membership; terms

(a)The board of trustees is composed of:
(1)the governor, or the governor's designee, who shall act as
chairman;
(2)the attorney general, or the attorney general's designee;
(3)the superintendent of state police, or the superintendent's
designee;
(4)the commissioner of the department of correction, or the
commissioner's designee;
(5)the executive director of the prosecuting attorneys council of
Indiana;
(6)the chief administrative officer of the office of judicial
administration;
(7)the executive director of the public defender council of
Indiana;
(8)the state public defender; and
(9)eight (8) persons who are appointed by and who serve at the
pleasure of the governor, including:
(A)one (1) sheriff;
(B)one (1) chief of police;
(C)one (1) judge of a court with both juvenile juri
