§ 5-2-4-2 — Files restricted
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 2 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 4 Criminal Intelligence Information
Criminal intelligence information shall not be
placed in a criminal history file, nor shall a criminal history file
indicate or suggest that a criminal intelligence file exists on the
individual to whom the information relates. Criminal history
information may, however, be included in criminal intelligence files.
