§ 5-2-25-6 — Vacancies
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 2 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 25 Bail and Release Review Commission
An appointment to fill a vacancy shall be made
in the same manner that an original appointment is made. An
individual appointed to fill a vacancy serves for the remainder of the
term of the former member.
