§ 5-2-2-9 — Donations and gifts; authority to receive
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 2 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 2 Law Enforcement Academy Building Commission
The commission is hereby authorized to receive
donations, gifts, devises and bequests and to use the same for the
purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
