§ 5-2-2-7 — Design adoption
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 2 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 2 Law Enforcement Academy Building Commission
The commission shall procure and adopt a design
for the erection and construction of such building or buildings. For the
purpose of securing designs, the commission shall employ an architect
of known skill and ability in his profession as its architect.
