§ 5-2-2-4 — Compensation
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 2 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 2 Law Enforcement Academy Building Commission
Members of the commission shall be allowed and
paid per diem and travel expenses incurred in connection with the
affairs of the commission but shall receive no further or additional
compensation. Membership on the commission shall not constitute
holding of a public office.
