Text

A law enforcement agency receiving a report of a missing:

(1)child less than eighteen (18) years of age shall comply with the requirements of IC 31-36-2;
(2)endangered adult (as defined in IC 12-7-2-131.3) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18; or
(3)veteran at risk (as defined in IC 12-7-2-197.3) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18; in addition to the procedures described in this chapter.
