Indiana Statutes
§ 5-2-17-2 — "Law enforcement agency"
As used in this chapter, "law enforcement
agency" means an agency or a department of any level of government
whose principal function is the apprehension of criminal offenders. The
term does not include the inspector general or the attorney general.
