§ 5-2-15-4 — Law enforcement agency to report child under 18 found at methamphetamine lab

A law enforcement agency that discovers a child
less than eighteen (18) years of age at a site used for the illegal
manufacture of a controlled substance (as defined in IC 35-48-1.1-7)
shall notify the department of child services.
