§ 5-2-13-4 — Establishment of fund

Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 2 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 13 Law Enforcement Assistance Fund

The law enforcement assistance fund is established to provide money to agencies to increase the number of officers on patrol in the community. The fund consists of the following:

(1)Appropriations made by the general assembly.
(2)Any other public or private source.
