§ 5-2-11-3 — Administration of fund
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 2 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 11 County Drug Free Community Fund
The county auditor shall administer the fund.
Expenditures from the fund shall be made in accordance with
appropriations made under section 5 of this chapter.
