§ 5-2-10-6 — Applications for grants; comprehensive drug free communities plan

A person, an organization, an entity, a political
subdivision, or an agency may receive a grant from the fund for
services or activities included in a comprehensive drug free
communities plan approved by the criminal justice institute by applying
to the criminal justice institute.
