Text
(a)This section applies only to an employment
contract or agreement executed by a public employer that is not the
first employer.
(b)A contract or agreement executed by a public employer may not
require an individual to reimburse the public employer for an amount
that exceeds the product of the total of the first public employer's costs
multiplied by the percentage determined under section 9 of this
chapter.
