Text
(a)This section applies only to a contract or
agreement executed by the first public employer.
(b)A contract or agreement may not require an individual to
reimburse the first public employer for an amount that exceeds the first
public employer's costs, multiplied by the percentage determined under
section 9 of this chapter.
