Text
The board shall meet at least four (4) times in
each year and shall hold special meetings when called by the
chairperson. The presence of nine (9) members of the board constitutes
a quorum for doing business. At least nine (9) affirmative votes are
required for the passage of any matter put to a vote of the board. The
board shall establish its own procedure and requirements with respect
to place and conduct of its meetings.
