6. Notwithstanding any requirement of this chapter, a person who complies with:
(1)Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42
U.S.C. 12181); and
(2)the Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines adopted by the
United States Department of Justice;
complies with this chapter.
