§ 5-16-2-2 — Void contracts
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 16 PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 2 Public Works Bids to be Submitted and Opened at Public
All contracts for public work by any of the
political bodies or officers mentioned in this chapter which are not let
in conformity with the provisions of this chapter shall be void.
