Text
(a)This section applies to a public works
contract awarded after June 30, 2016. The payroll and related records
of a contractor in any contractor tier must be:
(1)preserved by the contractor for a period of three (3) years after
completion of the project work; and
(2)open to inspection by the department of workforce
development.
(b)The department of workforce development shall maintain the
confidentiality of all records inspected under this section in accordance
with the confidentiality provisions of IC 22-4-19-6.
