§ 5-16-11.1-2 — "Professional services"

As used in this chapter, "professional
services" means those services that are:
(1) within the scope of practice specified by IC 25-4 for
architecture, IC 25-31 for professional engineering, or IC 25-21.5
for surveying; or
(2) performed by any licensed architect, professional engineer, or
professional surveyor in connection with the architect's,
engineer's, or surveyor's professional employment or practice.
