Text
(a)A consultant shall file a conflict of interest
disclosure if the consultant has a conflict of interest under section 5.5
of this chapter.
(b)The disclosure required under subsection (a) must describe the
conflict of interest.
(c)The consultant shall file the disclosure required under subsection
(a)within ten (10) days of the earlier of the following events:
(1)The closing day for receipt of bids.
(2)The award of the contract.
