§ 5-16-1-7 — Minority business enterprises; award of contracts

A board, a commission, a trustee, an officer, or
agent must establish as a goal that five percent (5%) of the contracts
awarded be let to minority business enterprises (as defined in IC 4-13-16.5-1).
