§ 5-15-6-6 — Records having historical value; state archives

Public records having no apparent official value, but having a historical value shall be transferred to and shall, with the consent of the administration, constitute a part of the Indiana state archives. Formerly: Acts 1939, c.91, s.6. As amended by P.L.50-1991, SEC.15; P.L.171-2015, SEC.39.
