§ 5-15-6-6 — Records having historical value; state archives
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 15 PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC RECORDS·Ch. 6 Local Public Records Commissions
Public records having no apparent official value,
but having a historical value shall be transferred to and shall, with the
consent of the administration, constitute a part of the Indiana state
archives.
