§ 5-15-6-5 — Records having official value; state archives
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 15 PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC RECORDS·Ch. 6 Local Public Records Commissions
Public records having an official value but
which are used infrequently by the officer with whom they are filed or
maintained shall, on order of the commission and the consent of the
administration, be removed and transferred to the Indiana state
archives.
