Text

Copies of records transferred from the office of their origin to the custody of the administration, when certified by the director or the director's designee, under seal of the administration, shall have the same force and effect as if certified by the original custodian. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.40, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.171-2015, SEC.19.
