Text
The administration shall operate a state
imaging and microfilm laboratory. The oversight committee in
coordination with the supreme court shall promulgate regulations
concerning quality standards for microfilming and imaging documents
that shall allow documents meeting those standards to be admissible in
court. Such microfilming and imaging standards shall be followed by
all state agencies and local governments.
