Text
The administration shall make the archives of
the state available for public use under supervised control at reasonable
hours. However, the administration shall weigh the need for
preservation from deterioration or mutilation of original records in
establishing access use to such items. The administration shall furnish
copies of archival materials upon request, unless confidential by law or
restricted by promulgated rule, and payment of fees as may be required.
