Text

There is created the Indiana archives and records administration to administer this chapter. The administration shall adopt a seal which shall be the seal of the state of Indiana. The administration shall offer its services to the legislative and judicial branches of state government. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.40, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.171-2015, SEC.12.
