Text

(a)The oversight committee shall require use of archival materials, processes, and standards for records that the administration determines should be preserved indefinitely.
(b)The oversight committee may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary for the performance of its duties, consistent with this chapter and other applicable Indiana laws.
