Text
(a)A public official or agency may not
mutilate, destroy, sell, loan, or otherwise dispose of any government
record, except under a records retention schedule or with the written
consent of the administration.
(b)Subject to section 11 of this chapter, title to any record of state
government is held by the state.
(c)Subject to section 11 of this chapter, title to any record of a local
government is held by that local government.
