§ 5-15-3-3 — Preservation of damaged books
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 15 PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC RECORDS·Ch. 3 Transcribing and Preserving Damaged Records
Damaged books described in section 1 of this
chapter shall be preserved and maintained by the office of the clerk of
the court or by the Indiana state archives as set forth in IC 5-15-6-6.
