Text
(a)This section applies to an appointed board
that is a committee, subcommittee, or other subgroup of an elected
body appointed entirely:
(1)from the body's elected members; and
(2)by a member or members of the elected body.
(b)The requirements of section 6 of this chapter are satisfied if the
appointed board's meeting notice or agenda provides both of the
following:
(1)Each appointed officer's:
(A)name; and
(B)title of elected office.
(2)If the meeting notice or agenda is in:
(A)electronic form, the link to the website; or
(B)printed form, the web address of the website;
under section 7 of this chapter where the information set forth in
section 6 of this chapter is published.
