§ 5-14-9-7 — Internet publication of information concerning appointed officers
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 14 PUBLIC RECORDS AND PUBLIC MEETINGS·Ch. 9 Disclosure of Appointing Authority
The information under section 6 of this chapter regarding a board's appointed officers shall be:
(1)published on:
(A)the board's website, if any; or
(B)the appointing authority's website, if any; or
(2)published on the Internet through the computer gateway
administered by the office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1, if the board or appointing authority does not have a
website.
