§ 5-14-9-2 — "Appointing authority"

Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 14 PUBLIC RECORDS AND PUBLIC MEETINGS·Ch. 9 Disclosure of Appointing Authority

As used in this chapter, "appointing authority" means:

(1)an elected officer; or
(2)a board of members who are all elected officers; of the state or a political subdivision.
