§ 5-14-6-3 — Prohibition on paper reports to the general assembly; restriction on use of public funds for paper reports

(a)A public agency may not submit a report to
the general assembly, the legislative services agency, the legislative
council, or a committee established under IC 2-5-1.3-4 on paper.
(b)Notwithstanding any law, no funds appropriated to a public
agency from the state treasury may be used to duplicate, print,
distribute, or mail a report to the general assembly, the legislative
services agency, the legislative council, or a committee established
under IC 2-5-1.3-4 in violation of this chapter.
