§ 5-14-6-1 — "Public agency"

As used in this chapter, "public agency" includes the following:
(1)The judicial branch of state government.
(2)A state agency (as defined in IC 4-13-1-1).
(3)A body corporate and politic created by statute.
(4)A state educational institution.
