§ 5-14-5-10 — Priority of complaints

(a)If the counselor determines that a
complaint has priority, the counselor shall issue an advisory opinion on
the complaint not later than seven (7) days after the complaint is filed.
(b)The counselor shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing
criteria for complaints that have priority.
