§ 5-14-4-3 — "Public access laws" defined
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 14 PUBLIC RECORDS AND PUBLIC MEETINGS·Ch. 4 Public Access Counselor
As used in this chapter, "public access laws" refers to:
(1)IC 5-14-1.5;
(2)IC 5-14-3; or
(3)any other state statute or rule governing access to public
meetings or public records.
