Text
(a)This section applies to a data owner only
if an Indiana statute requires the data owner to submit government data
to a website owner.
(b)A website owner may require the data owner to submit the
government data in an electronic format on a prescribed form.
(c)A data owner shall include a link on the data owner's website to
the website of the website owner to which the data owner is required
to submit government data.
