§ 5-14-2-5 — Notice of hearing
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 14 PUBLIC RECORDS AND PUBLIC MEETINGS·Ch. 2 Public Access to Criminal Proceedings
The court shall notify the parties of the hearing
date and shall notify the general public by posting a copy of the hearing
notice at a place within the confines of the court accessible to the
general public.
