Text
A public officer of the state may invest or reinvest funds that are held by the public officer and available for investment in United States dollar denominated obligations issued, assumed, or guaranteed as to the payment of principal and interest by:
(1)supranational issuers having the highest investment credit
rating by at least two (2) nationally recognized credit rating
agencies; or
(2)the State of Israel.
