§ 5-11-9-1 — State employees; accounts for personal services

On and after July 1, 1947, all accounts or
vouchers of any office, department, division, board, body, bureau,
officer, or employee of the state for personal services shall be made in
such form as may be prescribed by the state board of accounts.
