Text
(a)The production of documentary material
in response to a civil investigative demand served under this chapter
shall be made in accordance with the rules of civil procedure
concerning the production of documents, electronically stored
information, and tangible things.
(b)Each interrogatory in a civil investigative demand served under
this chapter shall be answered in accordance with the rules of civil
procedure concerning interrogatories.
(c)The examination of a person under a civil investigative demand
for oral testimony served under this chapter shall be conducted in
accordance with the rules of civil procedure concerning oral
depositions.
