§ 5-11-13-2 — Filing reports; public record
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 11 ACCOUNTING FOR PUBLIC FUNDS·Ch. 13 Executive Officers' Annual Report to State Board of
The state examiner shall accept all such reports
for filing and keep the same as public records which shall be open to
public inspection and examination at reasonable times.
