§ 5-10.2-10-15 — "State sponsor of terror"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 10.2 PUBLIC RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY·Ch. 10 Divestment From States That Sponsor Terror
As used in this chapter, "state sponsor of
terror" means a country determined by the Secretary of State of the
United States to have repeatedly provided support for acts of
international terrorism.
